74' VW Type-2 LateBay BUS
145. Headlight and LED bulb
144. Position lamp function
I added a position lamp function to front blinker part.
On American buses, there is a socket on the outside (plate-shaped part) of the front blinker, and you can set the light bulb in that position. However, in European and Japanese specifications, it is used only for blinkers, and a position lamp bulb is set in the headlight (in the U.S.spec, there is no position lamp in the headlight).
So, if you get a unit for the U.S., you can easily realize it, but since there was a surplus of LED tape, I installed the blinker unit without processing. The power supply was connected by branching the wiring that extends to the position valve of the headlight. When it lights up, it looks like the outer circumference inside the blinker lens is shining round, which is quite nice. v(^_^)w
