24. Install Air heater (Eberspächer [B1LC])

I installed a controller and a voltmeter in the upper area of the new bass reflex port. Press the white push button to turn it on and you will see the voltage.

The front extends the duct to the feet. I used the hole for the 1st gen bass reflex port for the duct piping, so I added a bass reflex port on the side.

Connect the ducts in the front-to-rear direction using a Y-pipe. As you can see, I think that the main body and the duct are efficiently contained in the space.

Drill a hole for the hot air outlet in the box under the seat.

The exhaust port faces outward so that the exhaust gas does not accumulate under the floor.

There is also an exhaust pipe and a taiko for silencing. The hose for fresh air intake is directed to the other side of the frame.

Secure the fuel pump.

Was it branched before the fuel filter??

Since this heater is a gasoline fuel type, the fuel line is branched to take out the fuel.

Make holes in the carpet too and fix the heater unit.

It's surface became almost flat.

Sandwich the floor from both sides and tighten with bolts and nuts.

This tool is a metal block for flattening the mounting surface.

Drill a hole for the intake and exhaust pipes where the floor heater will be installed.
