119. Bluetooth audio update

Since the bluetooth head unit was broken, it was updated to a new head unit. Because it is hidden, nothing changes its appearance!!

It is fixed in a recessed position so that the lid of the old radio face does not hit it.

The main body is fixed to the dashboard by bending the two general-purpose stays on the left and right.

It seems that the heat sink has become larger and the connector for wiring to the speaker has been relocated to the centralized coupler side.

The bottom is the previous MVH-790, and the top is the successor model MVH-5500.
