I went to vehicle inspection of my BUS. This is the second time I have taken this BUS to the inspection site and had it inspected.
The first inspection failed due to the headlight optical axis and exhaust gas. So I managed to pass the inspection by having the tester shop make adjustments several times.
The headlight, the inspector asked me if it would turn on, so I explained that it would turn on in conjunction with the position lamp, and by turning it on, I passed the inspection.
About the pumpkin, which had the function of a position light and a high-mounted stop lamp, received no complaints.
Repairs were completed by spraying with anti-rust spray, painting matte black, and reapplying the exhaust leak tape.
Remove rust from the entire muffler using a sanding pad and wire brush.
The muffler had an exhaust leak from the joint between the tires, so we will reapply the repair tape.
I checked the tire pressure and the tightness of the nuts using a torque wrench.
The windshield washer wasn't working since I bought the bus. I don't use it at all, so I connect something to it during the vehicle inspection. This time I tried connecting a water gun.
The headlights were getting a little foggy, so I cleaned the inside of the shell, the glass, and the reflective surfaces. I think the transparency on the right has improved a little after cleaning.
It seems that the horn button needs to have a horn mark drawn on it, so I will replace it. The boss is made by his MOMO, so they match.
