97. Key fob system (rear cargo door)
For the rear door, a wooden block was used to block the push button.
At last, A key fob system was installed on the all door of my BUS!!
After pulling the wiring into the car, pass it through the ceiling frame and bring it to the front controller.
Pass the wiring to the actuator through the frame of the rear door, pull it out from the hole at the top end, and pull it inside along the arm.
The actuator was securely attached to the inside of the rear door with double-sided tape along with the baseplate. A stainless steel belt is passed through the gap of this frame, and the block is pushed and pulled.
The building block is retracted and the lever for opening the door can be knocked down.
A state in which the building block jumps out and the lever for opening the door cannot be knocked down.
Although it is hard to see in the photo, I used a cable molding to fix the slide rail so that the position can be adjusted.
A stainless steel belt is also fixed to the actuator rod.
Fix the stainless steel belt and blocks to the slide rail.
A thin stainless steel plate is used for the link that slides the block because the gap that can be passed through is narrow.
Fix the actuator and put strong double-sided tape on the board.
I processed the base plate so that the actuator can be fixed. It's just drilled and tapered.
For the actuator, acrylic plate, stainless steel sheet, mini slide rail, building blocks, these are the parts I used.
