71. Bumper Cover Protector

To protect the bumper cover, I cut a plastic plate and fixed it to the bottom of the bumper. It's similar to what's commonly called a splitter?? The surface that can be seen on the outside is painted with matte black.

Set up condition. Not bad.

There is no need to make it stick out so much, so be modest.

The whole thing looks like this. Fixed with 5 thick bolts and 2 thin screws on each side.

Screws from the mounting base are threaded through the holes and secured with bag nuts.

The mounting base is made by devising this and that.

Place the bumper on the board and apply curve matching masking tape to guide it.

When the bumper scraped the bottom, the cover was pulled back and scratched on the front face.
