51. Front grille cover

Following the nose bra, I also made a front grill cover.

Made one prototype, adjusted the size and stitch position, and added a fixing belt to completed.

Both the nose bra and the grille cover were set up just right. :-)

Photos & Making

Fold it back into a bag shape so that it can be covered on the left and right sides of the front grill, and sew to match the shape.

Industrial sewing machine works great!
Cover the edges of the fabric with bias tape.

The bottom part of the first product was not enough, so I remade it and fixed it with a belt so that the vertical position can be adjusted.

Position the opening and punch both sides with a large punch.

Cut the top and bottom of the punched holes and connect them.

Cover the cover from the left and right and secure it with the belt.

By attaching a belt, it is now possible to adjust the position up and down.

It fit perfectly.
