28. Front grille repaint

Front grill, this one is for CITY TURBO 2. I cut the mesh part for the opening. The painted surface was damaged, so I repaint the front grille and mounting stays.

Photos & Working

I welded a screw receiving nut, so it can now be properly fastened.

I also polished and waxed the front bulkhead that screws into the grill.

Attach the front grill to the body through the stay.

I painted it matt black.

Clean the mounting stays to remove rust.

After repainting the black part on top, mask off and paint the whole.
